These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Caship platform, operated by Caship Consumer Networks Pvt. Ltd. ("Caship", "we", "us"), including our website, mobile applications, and the internal Caship Console. By using any part of Caship, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Caship

You agree to use Caship only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. The Caship Console

The Caship Console is an internal, back-office tool for Caship employees and authorized operators only. Access is granted by a Caship administrator and may be revoked at any time. Features that connect a third-party account (such as Gmail) are optional, used solely to help the operator do their job within the Console, and can be disconnected by that operator at any time.

3. Rewards & points

Points, cashback, and other rewards issued through Caship have no cash value except as expressly permitted within the platform, may expire or be adjusted under the applicable program terms, and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology that make up Caship are owned by Caship Consumer Networks Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Caship is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update Caship or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
